Memorable event –

In school we are going to put together a little surprise party for Edgar’s BIRTHDAY!           

We are going to plan his party, make him a card, give him a present and blow out the candles on his cake. 

Why don’t you plan a special event for one of your favourite toys?

Take photographs of the event if you can, as in English next week we will be sequencing and writing a recount about this special event.           

Questions to talk about:

Can the children talk about memorable events they have had? 

Can they add ideas to celebrate their favourite toy's event? 

How does the event make them feel?
