Who do Christians believe made the world?
We start this unit by looking at special books, finding out why they are special and how we look after them. We will learn about the Bible and how Christians believe the stories inside are true. We then focus on the creation story in the Bible and learn what this means to Christians, thinking about if Christians believe God made the world, how they would want to us to treat it and care for it. Finally we will find out about how Christians believe God sent his Son and relate this to how and why Christians celebrate Christmas.
Special Books
We learnt about how the Bible is a special book for Christians. We then shared our own special books and talked about why they are special to us.
