Chop, Slice and Mash

In this project we will explore different sources of food and the preparatory skills of peeling, tearing, slicing, chopping, mashing and grating. Once we have had a go at developing our food preparation skills, we will use this knowledge and techniques to design and make a supermarket sandwich according to specific design criteria.
