*Important information for parents and carers*

Within the first six weeks of your child starting here at St Nicholas C of E Primary Academy, your child will take part in a statutory assessment (every child must take part).

Your child will complete a small set of activities and questions, and it will formulate short statements of your child's entry ability for both maths and communication & language. This assessment will be done by the familiar class adults in school. You do not need to do anything with your child at home.
