Scented Garden 

Tiptoe through the tulips as your senses discover the blooming foliage and enchanting fragrances of flowers and herbs. 

Round and round the mulberry bush we go, planting bulbs and seeds, and then watch them grow beneath sunshine and showers. 

Explore the astounding world of the scented garden, but be careful, there are some wild and dangerous plants out there that do astonishing things! Don't touch them!

Use the marvellous properties of plants, flowers and herbs to make an exceptional gift for somebody special.

Our Wow Event
We explored how we can eat different parts of plants, from the root to the fruit. We looked at and planted some garden herbs, we made maps of our newly planted vegetables in the allotment and started digging out our new wild flower garden to encourage bees and butterflies in to o our school environment!

Design Technology

We followed a recipe in our teams, using equipment carefully to make playdough! We measured the correct ingredients and then mixed, kneaded and worked hard until it turned into playdough!  After that we smelt different scents and decided which scent to add to our playdough.  We then smelt the different scents and decided which flavour we liked the best!  The winner was the mint!
