Design , make and evaluate Brazilian flags

1: Look at flags from Brazil - what colours are used and what is symbolized. Research on the computers. 

2: Design own flag using the Brazilian flag as inspiration. What shape? Colour? Patterns/ Symbols. Think about how you are going t join the materials together.

3: Make a mock up design of their flag with paper and collage materials, practice sewing skills needed … over stich or running stitch?

4: Use cutting, sticking and stitching skills to create small fabric flags of Brazil.
