Islam 

 

This term we are learning about Community in Islam.

 

We will learn what Muslims do to express their beliefs.

 

We will learn which celebrations are important to Muslims and what key practices are associated with these celebrations. We will make links with beliefs about God, humans and the world.

Part of our learning has been to find out about Muslim festivals.  The resources on the cbeebies website are an excellent way to learn what happens at these special times.  We particularly found out about the celebration of Eid-ul-Fitr and learning about the traditions associated with it.
