Relational Cultures and transactional analysis with Steve Russell was our latest PDM where we were all able to reflect on: our core values; our educational motivators from our own experiences (positive and negative influencers) and our own stories of success. This session provided time and space to connect with each other, our school vision and values as well as leaving us well equipped to reflect on our own ‘lenses’. The conclusion: I’m alright; you’re alright. A totally transformational session.
Read Write Inc mid-term refresher with Becky who made sure our entire staff team are continuing to follow our systematic synthetic phonics programme with complete fidelity ... you’re never too old to learn!
#InfiniTED22 was a superb opportunity for colleagues from across Infinity Academies Trust to join together to listen to high quality CPD on a range of subjects presented by Infinity Family members. Topics covered included: Relational cultures, the new ECF and Cornerstones Curriculum to name a few. It was an exciting night full of lots of engagement and collaboration.
RELATIONSHIPS ... They are at the centre of everything we do! Our new academic year kicked off with the Infinity Academies Trust Conference where over 300 colleagues met to share ideas and reflect on how Infinity ‘does relationships’. Later on in the year we came together virtually to share stories about how our ideas are constantly evolving. #Collaboration
Staff CPD - across the course of the year, all staff are provided with a plethora of development opportunities. So far, these have included: Read Write Inc, Nessy, RE and Collective Worship, SIAMS and Curriculum development.
