This project teaches children about our Solar System and its spherical celestial bodies. They describe the movements of the Earth and the other planets relative to the Sun, the Moon relative to Earth, and the Earth's rotation to explain day and night.

Planetarium
After learning about the Earth in Space including finding out about how the moon orbits the Earth, the Earth orbits the sun and where the different planets are in our solar system. We enjoyed a visit from StarLincs Planetarium. Being able to meet an expert was incredible, we learnt lots of new information, experienced 24 hours under the sky, and asked LOTS of questions!
