This week we are going poetry crazy! In all of our English lessons across reading, writing and spelling will be focusing on POETRY!

Monday

Listen to the poem The Three Little Pigs, then write and draw about which is your favourite part of the poem and why?

Tuesday 

Listen to the poem Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Listen to it again and write down any interesting words that you find. Can you note down any rhyming words?

Wednesday 

Listen to the poem Jack and the Beanstalk. How does the poem differ from the story we have read and how is it the same?

Thursday

Listen to the poem Goldilocks and The Three Bears.

Friday 

Listen to Little Red Riding Hood

Once you have listened to all of the poems think about which was your favourite and why.

Draw and write about your favourite character out of all the poems!
