The Trinity
This term we will be learning about Christianity: God and the belief that there is One God who is the Trinity: The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We will also be studying examples of symbols of the Trinity in the Bible and what the Trinity tells Christians about what God is like and how this helps them in their lives.
The Holy Trinity in the Church
Today we went to church to see Father John. We told him about all of the learning we have been doing for our RE topic this term. Father John then told us about how the Trinity helps the church and what the church understands of it.
We then went on a hunt around the church to find different things that showed each part of The Holy Trinity: The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. Father John helped us to find them and explained what they were used for and what they represented.
