This term in Maths, Saints class will be delving into multiplication and division. Times tables will become of the utmost importance as the children look at: factors; multiples; prime numbers; squared numbers and multiplying and dividing by 10, 100 and 1,000.

Then Year 5 will be moving on to applying those skills and combining them with their knowledge of 2D shapes to find the area and perimeter.
