Blood Heart

During our Topic learning this term we will learn about the human circulatory system and how it enables their bodies to function.

We will carry out investigations about the main parts of the circulatory system: the heart, blood vessels (arteries, veins and capillaries) and blood, and how these work together to deliver oxygen and nutrients to every part of the body.

We will make stethoscopes and models of hearts out of a range of materials, while considering ways in which to keep our heart healthy by taking regular exercise and eating a balanced diet.
