States of matter

Our science topic this term is states of matter. In this topic we will be comparing different materials and grouping them together, according to whether they are solids, liquids or gases. We will be investigating the properties of each of these states and how some materials can change state. 

The water cycle

We will then begin investigating how water evaporates, before identifying the different stages of the water cycle, including evaporation, condensation and precipitation.
