New Intake (2024/2025)

You should have now received information regarding your child's allocated school for September 2024/25.

If your child is currently not allocated to a school, or you have an inquiry regarding the school selection, please contact our school office for support.

New Starters 24/25

Shortly, you will receive an information pack enclosing the relevant forms and information needed prior to your child's start in September 2024.

The Reception Class Teacher will be visiting your child's nursery setting, to start transitions. You will also receive information regarding our different transition events for families to attend, our parent information evenings, and our children stay and play dates.

You should receive this before the end of May 2024. If you have not received any information regarding your child's transition events and starter packs by this date, please contact the school office.

Provision Statement

The provision in EYFS at St Nicholas C of E Primary Academy is centred around enabling every child to shine. By ensuring that “Children are at the centre of all we do”, the weekly/ termly theme allows the children to be immersed in a vocabulary-rich environment where they can explore and make connections which help them to flourish. We will often link our weekly provision to a story, song or theme where they are then given opportunities and experiences to ignite a passion for and a life-long love of learning.
