For this task you will need some newspaper or plain paper and a toy. 

You will be making a bridge out of paper to help your toy across two tables. How well can a single sheet of paper support weight?. Have a go at placing one sheet of paper across the gap between two tables (this will be a bridge). Put your toy on the bridge, what happens? Is the bridge strong enough? Now try this again but with 4 pieces of paper. You could fold, roll, bend, twist and layer the paper. How does the shape of the paper help keep the bridge strong? Does it keep the bridge strong? Test the bridge's strength and durability by placing the toy on the structure.
