P.E. Getting active will be an essentail part of being in isolation at home. If you have a garden make sure you get outside for some exercise. This could be riding your bike, playing football, jumping, running ....anything that keeps you active! If you don't have a garden the weblink below will give you some ideas for physical activities you can do indoors!
