This term our value is wisdom.  In the dictionary it says:

Wisdom is the ability to know what is true or right, common sense or the collection of one's knowledge.

Can you think of a time when you have shown wisdom?  There may have been a time where you couldn't decide what to do and you made the right choice even though it was tricky?  If you did you were showing wisdom.  Can you think of a time that someone tried to encourage you to do something silly or even dangerous?  Did you say no and choose a more sensible option?  If so you were showing wisdom!
