We love P.E in Saints! It's one of our favourite times of the week! This term we have been improving our fitness by running laps, doing boxercise and aerobics. We even taught Mrs Harrison and Miss Allen a couple of aerobic moves! We are really beginning to understand the importance of health and fitness and how good eating and exercise can help us have a positive, clear mind for learning.
On Monday's, we have been working with Miss King in P.E learning and choreographing our very own Bollywood dance! We have learnt that Bollywood dance is very different from the dance we may have seen already but it is very fun and challenging. We especially like the dresses they wear!
